Private Personal Training at Champions Adaptive Fitness offers you exclusive one-on-one attention from a certified trainer in our private studio environment. Every workout is fully customized to your abilities, goals, and preferences. Whether you are working on strength, mobility, coordination, or endurance, our trainers will create a progressive program that challenges you while keeping you safe and supported.
Complete Privacy
Private Personal Training differs from our Adaptive Personal Fitness program in its focus on traditional fitness goals within a fully private setting. While both programs are one-on-one, Private Personal Training is designed for individuals who prefer complete privacy during their workouts or who have specific fitness goals that require undivided attention and a customized training environment. There are no other sessions happening simultaneously — the entire studio is yours for the duration of your appointment.
Goal-Oriented Programming
Your trainer begins by understanding your goals, whether that includes building functional strength for daily activities, improving cardiovascular endurance, working on balance and fall prevention, or training for a specific event or sport. From there, they build a periodized program that progresses gradually, ensuring you are consistently challenged without being overwhelmed. Every exercise is demonstrated, guided, and adapted in real time based on your performance and comfort level.
A Popular Choice for Families
This program is especially popular with adult clients and families who value the focused, distraction-free environment. Parents and caregivers can observe sessions or step away — whatever works best for the participant. Our trainers communicate regularly with families about progress, adjustments to the program, and goals for the coming weeks.
Flexible Packages
Private Personal Training is available as single drop-in sessions or monthly packages at 4 or 8 sessions per month. Monthly packages offer the best value and the consistency needed for measurable progress. Most clients begin to see improvements in strength, mobility, and confidence within the first month of regular training.
