Location data: When you check in at the studio using the mobile app, we verify your GPS location to confirm you are physically present. Your location is checked at the moment of check-in only and is never stored, tracked, or recorded.
Push notification tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store your device token (provided by Expo/Apple/Google) to send you session reminders, messages from your coach, and billing receipts.
Usage data: Check-in history, session bookings, and interactions with coaches through our messaging feature.
Device information: Device platform (iOS or Android) for push notification delivery.

How We Use Your Information

Account management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.
Session management: To manage bookings, check-ins, scheduling, and enrollment tracking.

Children's Privacy

Champions Adaptive Fitness serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including minors. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

Children under 13 are enrolled only by a parent or legal guardian who creates and manages the account.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
All athlete data for minors is managed through the parent/guardian's account.
Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Data at rest is encrypted by our database provider (Turso).
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plaintext passwords.
Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
