Welcome to Champions Adaptive Fitness (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, scheduling systems, fitness programs, classes, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll yourself or a minor. Parents/guardians enrolling minors accept full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

2. Scheduling, Billing & Membership

• All pricing, session packages, and subscriptions are subject to change.

• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.

• Unused sessions do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

• Cancellations for classes or personal training must follow our posted cancellation policy (e.g., 24-hour notice).

3. Health Requirements

By participating in any program, you affirm you have consulted with a physician who has cleared you or the enrolled individual for fitness activity. You understand that exercise carries inherent risks and agree to disclose any medical conditions to our staff.

4. Studio Rules & Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow staff instructions at all times

• Use equipment only as directed

• Behave respectfully toward clients and staff

• Not engage in behavior that puts themselves or others at risk

Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility or termination of membership.

5. Media & Recording

Our facility uses security cameras, and sessions may be recorded. Separate Video & Media Consent terms can be found below; those terms apply in addition to this TOS.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. We do not guarantee refunds for unused sessions or canceled memberships.

7. Limitation of Liability

Champions Adaptive Fitness is not liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or medical conditions arising from participation in our programs. Full details are outlined in the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled according to our posted Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
