Who is Champions Adaptive Fitness for?

Champions Adaptive Fitness is specifically designed for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where individuals can thrive through movement, social connection, and specialized fitness programs.

What kind of programs do you offer?

We offer both private and group training sessions tailored to individual needs. Programs include strength training, mobility, cardio, and motor skills development. Each class is designed by trained coaches to support a wide range of abilities.

What ages do you serve?

Our programs are open to all ages, typically starting around 7 years old and continuing through adulthood. We currently support many clients aged 10 to 45 and adapt our programs to meet everyone’s developmental stage.

Do you offer adult group classes?

Yes! We have specific group fitness classes tailored for adults with special needs, typically aged 23 to 45. These classes emphasize fitness, fun, and socialization in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.

Where are you located?

We are based in Temecula, CA. Our private fitness studio is equipped to support adaptive training and is easily accessible for individuals with special needs and their families.

Do you offer a free trial or consultation?

Yes. We offer a complimentary consultation for new families to tour the space, meet the coaches, and discuss the best program fit. It’s important to us that every Champion feels comfortable and confident from day one.

How do we get started?

Simply contact us through our website or give us a call. We’ll schedule a consultation to learn more about your needs and goals. From there, we create a plan tailored to the individual’s abilities and interests.

What qualifications do your coaches have?

Our coaches are trained in adaptive fitness, personal training, and disability support services. They understand how to motivate, modify, and make each session a success, regardless of ability level.

Is this covered by insurance?

While most of our services are private pay, some families may be able to use self-determination funding or similar programs depending on their regional center. We’re happy to provide documentation if needed.
